Who these terms are with
These terms apply when you hire Full Spectrum Creations ("I", "me", "my"), a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) of Robin Meulen, based in the Netherlands. Trade name: Full Spectrum Creations Legal form: Eenmanszaak (sole proprietorship) Chamber of Commerce (KvK): 62028375 VAT (BTW): NL001801786B71 Address: Hoogstraat 1a, 6001 ET Weert Email: robin@fullspectrumcreations.com Phone: +31 6 41121765
By confirming a project (email, signed proposal, invoice acceptance or payment of a deposit), you agree to these terms.
What I do
I provide digital services such as websites, webshops, digital systems, prototypes, automation, SEO, advertising, email marketing, conversion optimization, analytics and related advisory work. The exact scope is always set out in a written proposal or confirmation for that project.
Anything not listed in that confirmation is out of scope, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Proposals and scope
Proposals are valid for 30 days unless another period is stated. Once a project starts, changes to scope, timelines or deliverables may affect price and planning. I will flag material changes before doing the extra work.
Fees and payment
Fees, payment schedule and any deposit are stated in the proposal or confirmation. Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date, unless we agree otherwise. Late payment may pause the work and may add statutory interest under Dutch law. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Client responsibilities
You supply timely access, content, feedback and decisions needed to move the project forward. You confirm that you have the rights to materials you provide (text, images, logos, data, product info). Delays on your side may shift delivery dates.
Delivery and revisions
Delivery means the agreed deliverables are made available for review or use (for example a staging site, live launch, campaign setup or report). Unless the proposal says otherwise, the fee includes 2 rounds of reasonable revisions on the agreed deliverables. Extra rounds or out-of-scope changes are billed separately.
Third-party tools and specialists
Projects may use third-party platforms (hosting, domains, Shopify, WordPress, ads platforms, email tools, analytics and similar). Their terms, pricing and uptime are theirs, not mine. When a project needs specialist depth, I may involve trusted people from my network. You still work with me as your contact, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Intellectual property
Until invoices for the relevant work are paid in full, I retain the rights to the work product I create. After full payment, you receive the rights needed to use the agreed deliverables for your business, as described in the proposal. I may reuse general know-how, methods and non-client-specific components. I may show anonymized or publicly launched work in my portfolio, unless you ask me in writing not to.
Warranties and support
I carry out the work with care and professional skill. I do not guarantee specific business results (traffic, rankings, sales, ROAS or revenue), because those depend on many factors outside my control. Bug fixes for work I delivered are handled as stated in the proposal (for example a short post-launch window). Ongoing maintenance, hosting, ads management or retainers need a separate agreement.
Liability
My total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid me for that project in the 12 months before the claim. I am not liable for indirect or consequential damage, including lost profit, lost data or business interruption, to the extent allowed by Dutch law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.
Confidentiality
Both sides keep confidential information private and use it only for the project, except where disclosure is required by law or already public.
Cancellation
Either side may end a project in writing. You pay for work already done, committed third-party costs and any agreed non-refundable deposit. I may pause or end a project if invoices stay unpaid after a reminder, or if cooperation becomes reasonably impossible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith. If that fails, the courts of Limburg have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
Changes
I may update these terms. The version linked on the site at the time you confirm a project applies to that project, unless we agree otherwise.
